The organization requires a vendor to provide comprehensive event services for the 250th American Independence Anniversary community commemorative event scheduled for Saturday, July 4, 2026, in New Hampshire. The vendor will be responsible for the supply, transportation, delivery, setup, on-site servicing, replenishment, and post-event breakdown and removal of all rental equipment necessary to support the event. All setup activities must be completed prior to the start time, with installation and maintenance of all rental infrastructure conducted safely and efficiently.

Event setup is to begin at 7:00 A.M. and all services must commence no later than 9:30 A.M. The event concludes at 12:30 P.M., after which breakdown activities must start promptly at 1:00 P.M., with full teardown and site restoration finished by 4:00 P.M. Responsibilities include providing and setting up a stage and presentation area, tents, tables, decorations, and seating, as well as supplying light refreshments evenly distributed among refreshment stations. The vendor must also establish and staff hydration stations, manage their maintenance throughout the event, and ensure proper site breakdown and restoration post-event.
