A California organization is seeking a vendor to provide facilitation and project management services for the development and update of its 2026 Strategic Plan. The selected vendor will work closely with constituents, the Board of Directors, and staff to guide the strategic planning process.

Key responsibilities include facilitating collaborative sessions, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, managing project timelines, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
