(1) Vendor needs to provide 2026 strategic plan service. – Provide professional facilitation services to work with the constituents, Board of Directors, and staff to develop the 2026 Strategic Plan. – Necessary services to provide project management including invoicing, meeting agenda, meeting minutes and other items needed for the success of preparing success strategic plan update. – Assist, facilitate, and work with the management team to develop objectives that can be developed into Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound goals for staff that can be used in performance evaluations that directly relate to the objectives of the strategic plan. – Facilitate and assist the executive team with a workshop of the strategic plan update to the Board of Directors. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025.
