(1) Vendor needs to provide 2026 earth day celebration event services.– Lead the coordination, planning, and execution of the city’s 2026 earth day celebration in close collaboration with city staff.– Designing and preparing digital and printed promotional materials (flyers, social media graphics, lawn signs, etc.).– Promoting and/or supporting promotion of the event through local calendars and community platforms.– Recommending strategies to increase attendance and community participation– Consultant will plan, coordinate, and ensure staffing for six engaging activities for both children and adults as well as coordinate with City departments who may lead additional interactive activities.– Consultant will plan and oversee a community contest for youth and adults, such as a nature photography contest to engage residents before the event and encourage attendance through the contest’s prize ceremony– Oversee and manage all day–of–event operations, ensuring seamless coordination and a positive attendee experience(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 4, 2025.
