An Ontario organization is seeking a consultant to develop its 2026–2030 strategic plan. The consultant will lead the design and execution of an inclusive, evidence-based planning process that addresses the diverse needs of clients, staff, partners, and the broader Niagara community.

The scope of work includes conducting comprehensive internal and external scans such as reviewing internal documents, previous strategic plans, and performance data. The consultant will also analyze sector trends on both regional and provincial levels, assess funding landscape developments, and identify emerging challenges for the organization and its stakeholders.
