DESCRIPTION


The Courts are seeking a vendor to provide renewal services for their Zoom software platform licensing. The selected vendor must be fully authorized and compliant with all current manufacturer and licensing requirements established by Zoom Video Communication.

The scope of work includes the preservation of all existing Court Zoom account configurations, user profiles, webinar licenses, meeting IDs, personal room links, associated phone numbers, and administrative settings. Maintenance and renewal of the Zoom SW Platform, including annual webinar licensing for 100 Named Hosts and additional licensing for Webinar 500 Named Host, are also required. The contract will be valid for a four-year period.

All vendor queries regarding this RFP must be submitted by June 10, 2026.
