The State of New Jersey seeks a vendor to provide a virtual career skills-building platform for youth participants in the Summer Youth Work Experience Program (SYWEP), serving up to 87 individuals aged 16–24. The selected vendor will also help create a pool of employer respondents to facilitate valuable summer work experiences for these youth, supporting their transition into the workforce.

The platform must be an off-the-shelf, virtual solution requiring a minimum of 15 hours to complete. Core features should include a career exploration tool and distinct career skills tracks developed from the vendor's existing programs, enabling each participant to earn an Industry Track Badge. Access for participants must continue for at least three months after program completion.
