The vendor will provide commission youth justice strategic plan services for a one-year contract period. Services are intended to provide immediate and short-term sanctions and support for low-level juvenile offenders referred by designated police stations and local schools.
The program will engage community-based organizations to promote positive youth development and improve outcomes for youth and families.
