(1) Vendor needs to provide yearbook software and printing services to the government authority located in Ontario.– Provide Yearbook services to school, including software and printing on an as required basis.– Software for the development and design of yearbooks.– Printing and binding.– Flexibility to create their yearbooks online, place bulk orders online, and enable students, parents and guardians to order individually through a secure online platform.– Solution can integrate with Google applications and other commonly used software platforms within schools.– Uploads content including pictures and videos, to the proposed solution.– Hardcover, Gloss, all color pages.– Softcover, Gloss, all color pages.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 26,2025.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
