The City of Allentown requires a consulting firm to review existing structural condition assessments and masonry conservation plans, and to survey and assess specific WPA assets including the Rose Garden Ponds, MLK Jr Drive East Stairs, Union Street Stairs and Wall, Junction Wall, Park Drive Wall, Robin Hood Bridge Abutments, and Iron Bridge Abutments. The firm will produce contract documents, including annotated graphics, to identify, quantify, and specify specialized masonry work for bidding purposes. The project includes three on-site meetings and a final project report. The contract term is one year, with an option for a one-year extension.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
