Vendor needs to provide workforce management system. Agency is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide agency with assistance in reviewing, evaluating, and implementing the replacement of the legacy technology that no longer meets the operational, security, and scalability needs of agency growing service area. The legacy system lacks integration with modern GIS, mobile, and analytics platforms. Major duties to be performed will include, but not be limited to: Improve technician productivity and scheduling; Enable real-time communication and data capture in the field; Enhance customer service and response times; Support long-term digital transformation goals. Deliverables List: short list of software/application systems which could replace the legacy Workforce Management system with an advanced solution as per earlier described criteria; functional requirement comparison between shortlisted applications; identification of innovative and/or cost-effective approaches in Workforce Management System Replacement; documentation of key contract terms and performance metrics commonly used; analysis of pricing structure. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026. The contract period will be for one year. Pre-bid meeting will be held on February 10, 2026.
