A North Carolina agency is seeking qualified consultants to assist in the replacement and implementation of a modern workforce management system. The agency's current legacy system is unable to meet evolving operational, security, and scalability requirements and lacks integration with modern GIS, mobile, and analytics platforms.

The selected consultant will support the agency in reviewing, evaluating, and implementing a next-generation workforce management solution. Key responsibilities include improving technician productivity and scheduling, enabling real-time data capture and communication in the field, and enhancing both customer service and response times. Consultants will also be expected to support the agency's broader digital transformation initiatives.

Deliverables for this engagement include generating a shortlist of advanced software or application systems suitable for replacing the legacy system, conducting functional comparisons, identifying innovative and cost-effective replacement strategies, documenting essential contract terms and performance standards, and analyzing relevant pricing structures. The contract will cover a one-year period, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for February 10, 2026. All questions related to this opportunity must be submitted by February 17, 2026.
