(1) Vendor needs to provide workforce management system.– Solution must ensure that all software modules communicate seamlessly, with any data entered automatically incorporated into each employee’s overall attendance record.– Provide a detailed inventory of all available modules, including individual pricing and licensing arrangements.– System must implement robust role–based permissions to support functions such as time entry, benefit scheduling, and approval for various user groups–including non–supervisory employees, Supervisors, Managers, and Payroll Clerks–with full administrative capabilities to manage these roles.– System must ensure compliance with labor laws by offering automatic policy updates, audit tools, and data retention, along with robust reporting capabilities via direct database access or export options– System must provide a comprehensive framework for managing employee attendance, payroll, scheduling, and work orders– Advanced scheduling functionality should accommodate 24/7 multi–shift operations, automate call–off handling, and implement an auction system for overtime shifts– System must provide a secure and user–friendly interface for employees to select their authorized projects, ensuring their selection is recorded alongside work hours(2) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 24, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
