The vendor will provide a workforce analytics platform that delivers unified endpoint visibility, workforce operational analytics, IT asset and compliance oversight, and system activity logging across a managed device environment, including remote and hybrid workers. The platform should support project management, expense reduction, productivity monitoring, and comprehensive reporting through a single interface.
The platform should include an automated policy and rules engine to enforce security best practices and help prevent insider threats and sabotage. It must support both cloud and on-premises deployment models to accommodate state hosting and data-residency requirements.
