A district in New Jersey is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive workers compensation third party administration and managed care cost containment services for its self-insured workers compensation program. The selected provider will be responsible for administering all aspects of workers compensation claims, from initial notice through final resolution, payment, or closure. Key services include medical bill review, repricing, network management, and coordination between injured workers, district personnel, medical providers, attorneys, and other stakeholders.

The scope involves prompt claims investigation, evaluation to reduce litigation exposure and identify potential fraud, subrogation efforts, and effective medical cost containment practices.
