SUMMARY

Mississippi is seeking a SaaS provider to deliver an extensive learning content library for integration with Workday Learning to support workforce development.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a content provider using the Workday Cloud Connect for Learning platform or have a confirmed delivery date by June 30th, 2026
Must provide a comprehensive library covering fair hiring, onboarding, technical skills, soft skills, leadership, compliance, FERPA, sexual harassment, cybersecurity, and workplace safety
Must provide at least two university references of similar size and mission
Must have general and professional liability insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000
Must be able to provide a completed Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT)
Must be able to provide a completed Higher Education Cloud Vendor Assessment Tool (HECVAT)
Must be registered with the University of Mississippi if awarded
Must include a project timeline showing implementation phases
Must provide full life cycle costs for a term of three years
