SUMMARY

Oakland seeks a vendor to implement and support a Racial Equity Action Plan for the WIC Program, focusing on sustainable, data-driven, and staff capacity-building initiatives.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must be regularly and continuously engaged in providing racial equity trainings and facilitating discussions for local governments, particularly within public health departments, for at least three years
Must demonstrate experience working within government or similarly structured organizations
Must demonstrate experience in public health settings or initiatives
Must demonstrate experience training or supporting small teams in implementation strategies
Must possess all permits, licenses, and professional credentials necessary to perform services
Must be able to lead a minimum of 8 two-hour trainings and facilitated dialogues

DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will deliver equity-centered implementation services for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program's Racial Equity Action Plan for the government authority in Oakland, California.
