Must be in good standing with the Federal Communications Commission and not subject to FCC Red Light status or debarment.
Must provide a turnkey solution including equipment, mounting hardware, five-year management licensing, installation, configuration, testing, and documentation.
Must provide a complete electronic equipment inventory in XLSX or CSV format.
Must provide insurance certificates meeting District requirements within 10 days of contract award.
Must provide performance and payment bonds if the contract exceeds $100,000 and $25,000 respectively.
Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including E-Rate program rules.
Must provide criminal background checks for all employees and independent contractors with direct contact with students.
Must be fingerprinted if hired on or after January 1st, 2008 and have direct contact with students.
