(1) Vendor needs to provide weight, measurement and bedding software.– Weights and measures program needs a software program that will be a recording and tracking system to accurately maintain inspectors' activities with establishments and weighing and measuring devices.– Software program shall receive data from inspectors, calculate, and record the results of all weighing, measuring, packaging, and price verification activities.– Software shall sync with other weights and measures officials and a host that can download all data to the department of agriculture and food regulatory services for establishment registration.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 7,2025.
