DESCRIPTION

The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for full lawn and landscaping maintenance, including mowing, edging, fertilization, herbicide application, shrub bed services, and irrigation system maintenance. Additional services include irrigation repair, sod installation, mulching, seasonal color installation, tree planting and removal, and aeration. The work is to be performed at the Ft. Gibson Cherokee Casino located at 107 North Georgetown Rd., Ft. Gibson, OK 74434.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must hold a current Oklahoma Agricultural Food and Forestry Division license for 3A Certified Applicator Category (Turf and Ornamental Outdoor)
  • Must provide Material Safety Data Sheets for all chemicals used
  • Must comply with Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) regulations
  • Must provide a copy of TERO certificate if applicable
  • Must not be debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by any federal, state, local or tribal entity
  • Must not contract with any business owned by a first degree relative of any elected official of the Cherokee Nation
