Vendor needs to provide website upgrade service using CMS. – to update its current external website CMS, Umbraco, to the latest version available as well as rebuild elements within it in order to take full advantage of the updated system. • Upgrade to Umbraco 17; • Rebuild and redesign the website to eliminate dependency on React, Articulate, and other current add–ons • Ensure flexibility is built into the website that will allow cost effective integration with future CMS improvements/enhancements, systems and software • Provide a complete CMS back office and design system, all the necessary documentation (including full access to source code), and initial and on–going training to allow agency teams to maintain the updated website in–house where possible. • Provide support as needed to implement on–going improvements, enhancements and general maintenance of the website over the life of the contract; • Upgrade to Umbraco 21 once released.
