Website Upgrade Service using CMS

An organization is seeking a qualified vendor to upgrade and redesign its external website using the latest version of Umbraco CMS. The project scope includes updating the current CMS to Umbraco 17, with plans to transition to Umbraco 21 upon its release. As part of this upgrade, the vendor will rebuild and redesign the website to remove dependencies on existing add-ons such as React and Articulate, streamlining the website architecture for improved performance and maintainability.

The redesigned site should feature a flexible structure to accommodate future enhancements, integrations with other systems, and evolving CMS capabilities in a cost-effective manner. The selected vendor will deliver a comprehensive CMS back office, design system, thorough documentation, and full source code access. Initial and ongoing training must also be provided to enable agency teams to maintain and update the website independently where possible. Continuing support for updates, improvements, and general website maintenance throughout the contract term is also required.
