Website Support, Maintenance, Bug Fixes and Issue Resolution Services using Drupal CMS

A university in Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive support and maintenance services for its Drupal-based website. The scope of work includes ongoing website support, routine maintenance, prompt bug fixes, and issue resolution, specifically for the Drupal 10 platform and its associated technologies. The successful vendor will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing the Drupal environment, including server-level components such as Apache, PHP, and database systems.

Additional responsibilities include conducting regular security audits, performing code reviews to ensure compliance with Drupal standards, and applying necessary updates to Drupal core and contributed modules. The vendor will also provide strategic guidance on website improvements, user experience, web infrastructure, and digital governance. Duties extend to troubleshooting and debugging website issues as they arise, updating custom code to maintain compatibility with new Drupal versions, and developing new features or integrating with university APIs and services as required.

Content writing, including web copy and metadata generation, is also part of the required services, while photography and video content will be handled by internal university resources. The contract for these services will be for a period of one year.
