(1) Vendor needs to provide website support, maintenance, bug fixes and issue resolution services using Drupal CMS. – Maintain, secure, and optimize the Drupal 10 platform and supporting technologies. – Provide consultation services on Drupal best practices and site improvements. – Regular security audits and code reviews against Drupal standards. – Apply Drupal core and contributed module updates as needed. – Manage server–level maintenance including Apache, PHP, and database environments. – Proactive security monitoring, prompt patch application and vulnerability assessments. – Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues promptly. – Updating custom code to be compatible with new Drupal versions (as needed for minor version changes). – Consultation and strategic guidance on user experience, web infrastructure, and digital governance. – Server maintenance, including configuration updates and version upgrades (Apache, PHP, etc.). – New feature development and integration with University APIs and services as required. – Writing content, including web copy and meta data will be created. – Photography and video will be created by university internal resources. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 24, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
