Website Redesign Services Using CMS

The city is seeking a qualified vendor to redesign its website using a content management system. The new website should demonstrate high standards of design quality and visual appeal, improve citizen-focused information and customer service, and simplify content management for city staff.

The solution should support community engagement features, including website alerts with text and email notifications, categorized news and updates, electronic subscriptions with scheduled SMS and email notifications, social media and email sharing links, and departmental or category calendars consolidated into a primary events calendar. Document administration capabilities should include customizable forms with tracking and data export, storage for meeting minutes, agendas, newsletters, and other documents, and tools to manage, organize, approve, and publish agendas.

Additional requirements include organizing frequently asked questions by department or page, enabling users to find city employee contact information, migrating existing website content to the new platform, removing outdated or redundant information in collaboration with city staff, and assisting with the creation of new content, graphics, forms, and interactive tools. Vendor questions must be submitted by August 25, 2026.
