(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign service. – The new site should serve as a dynamic, user–friendly platform. – The redesigned website must be modern, visually compelling, and accessible to a range of users, including students, families, educators, employers, and community partners. – Add SSL Certificate to ensure secure transmission of private data. – Develop a Site Map that reduces down the current sites sprawl into a smaller subset of pages with the direction of the agency Core Team – Design an intuitive homepage that provides easy access to all internal pages. – Designing layout for subpages including full–width images & video, parallax scrolling, backgrounds and content, and interactive sections. – Optimize the site for seamless performance across all devices and screen sizes, ensuring full mobile compatibility. – Update imagery/branding (logos, graphics, photography, and videography) (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2025.
