(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign redevelopment implementation and migration services using content management system.– Website redevelopment, user–centered design, accessibility, and content management systems to provide professional services for the redesign and redevelopment of the City’s public–facing website.– Deliver a modern, accessible, secure, and user–friendly website that improves public access to information and services, supports transparency, and aligns with the City’s digital strategy and brand standards.– Development of a responsive, mobile–first design with intuitive navigation and improved search functionality.– Modernize the website’s design, information architecture, and technical foundation to enhance usability, accessibility, performance, and content management, while ensuring alignment with city branding, security standards, and digital governance practices.– Implementation of a secure, scalable content management system that supports content governance and publishing workflows.– Support for website launch, including technical support, issue resolution, and post–launch stabilization.– Compliance with applicable accessibility standards.– Support for content migration and validation from the existing website.– Integration with city systems and digital services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
