(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign, development and content migration service using WordPress and Drupal CMS.– Identify a consultant with the expertise to develop a modern, accessible, and user–friendly website that enhances the district’s online presence and improves the overall user experience.– A comprehensive website solution that reflects a strong understanding of local government service delivery, public engagement, and user experience design. – Built on an open, well–supported CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent) – Compatibility with major browsers and mobile devices. – Ability to implement and maintain the latest version of PHP. – Ability to showcase projects with engagement tools for providing feedback. – Integration with existing third–party systems, in coordination with the District’s IT contractor.– External Web Application Firewall (WAF) in addition to any plugin–based solution; if unavailable, proponent must work with the IT contractor to identify a suitable alternative – Web developer must be reachable 24/7 for critical issues (e.g., downtime, security incidents), with contact numbers kept on file.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2025.
