A New York-based project is seeking a qualified vendor for a comprehensive website redesign, as well as ongoing development, maintenance, and support services utilizing a content management system (CMS). The selected vendor will lead the website overhaul, beginning with a thorough evaluation of the current CMS, website design, and user experience. Responsibilities include redesigning the site to align with the Island’s present and future needs, advising on both existing and new software, establishing an improved information hierarchy, enhancing navigation, and creating an interactive digital map.

Following the completion of the redesign, the vendor will be expected to provide continuous maintenance and support. This ongoing commitment covers technical support for the website and associated tools, security and optimization across the site, website hosting services, 24-hour uptime monitoring, comprehensive site analytics, routine CMS and plugin upgrades, server and systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and support. Additionally, the vendor will deliver design, development, and quality assurance testing for special web projects as needed.
