Vendor needs to provide website redesign and migration services using CMS. Web content management system and migration services to replace its existing CMS platform prior to vendor end-of-life. Content is managed by a distributed group of contributors across academic and administrative units. The website supports multiple audiences, including prospective students, applicants, current students, alumni, and the broader community. Web analytics and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics). Customer relationship management systems used for communications and inquiry management. Externally managed systems that surface content or links through the College website. CMS implementation, including configuration of the platform, environments, components, templates, workflow, and governance structures. Content migration, including content assessment, preparation, migration execution, validation, and remediation activities. All questions must be submitted no later than February 12, 2026.
