An Oklahoma agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive website redesign and development services. The selected provider will be responsible for designing the website’s visual, navigational, and content structures, ensuring alignment with the agency’s established branding. A master design must be created, with customized looks for various page types, and a detailed navigation structure should be developed to enhance user experience.

The scope of work includes assisting with content migration as directed by the agency and supplying a test environment for staff to monitor the project’s progress. Usability testing across all major devices and systems must be conducted with agency-selected users, and necessary revisions from testing should be incorporated. The vendor will be required to train staff in ongoing site maintenance and management, aid in populating the website with both existing and new content, and ultimately transfer all templates and content ownership to the agency.
