(1) Vendor needs to website hosting, support and mapping service using CMS.– Support and ongoing improvements to keep website accessible, secure, and aligned with customer needs.– A responsive design that accommodates smart phones, tablets, and mobile computers for participants to view the seat finder, apply to the program, and input monthly reporting information as well as to update their application information.– The new site should look modern, clean, and welcoming — while remaining simple, fun, and not overwhelming.• Redesign the website using a .NET–based Content Management System (CMS).• Create customizable templates and modules so our assigned staff members can update content easily.• Integrate real–time tools through agency’s APIs for schedules, routes, and service alerts.• Provide ability to upload and host marketing videos on site.• Provide long–term technical support with agency’s IT Department (security, bug fixes,accessibility updates, and improvements).• Built on a reliable .NET–based platform.• Easy–to–use backend tools for non–technical staff.– Fresh, mobile–first design optimized for phones and tablets.– The site should be scalable, allowing for new features in the future (e.g., multilingualsupport, rider alerts, trip planners).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 5, 2025.
