(1) Vendor needs to provide replacement website development, implementation and ongoing maintenance service.– The successful proposer will develop, implement, and provide ongoing maintenance of a new Website to replace the current Website.– The successful proposer will be responsible for the development, implementation, training, and ongoing functionality maintenance of the Website Functionality and Usability– Functionality and Usability• Describe what software/website solution you would utilize for this project, including any customization, workflows, etc.• Will the proposed design go through usability testing prior to submitting• On what platforms and browsers will the delivered templates and content be tested?• Describe how the final product will meet and/or exceed the requirements established by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.– Content Management System– Currently, the agency is exploring content management system’s (CMS) to support the new website.– The current Website is powered by Wordpress.– We are weighing the benefits of both open source and proprietary CMS platforms and are open to recommendations from proposers.Hosting– The agency currently hosts its Website through a cloud–based hosting provider.– Should the new Website be WordPress–based, the agency will continue to use this hosting provider.– The successful proposer is not expected to procure, manage or support hosting– Analytics & SEO– Post–Launch Support– Multimedia– Accessibility
