Focus on the user experience and present a streamlined, consistent design. Ensure SEO best practices are embedded in the redesign. Optimize for mobile and smaller screens. Improve navigation and content structure for key user groups. Allow for easy content updating by team members. Improve performance and accessibility. Conduct a review of the current site’s structure, content, and functionality. Propose an updated site architecture and wireframes. Design and develop a WordPress site with the complexity of the design and ongoing maintenance considered. Migrate existing content and recommend areas for improvement. Conduct testing like performance, accessibility, mobile, browser compatibility. Deliver all site files and documentation at project completion.
