RFP for website design, development, hosting, and migration services using WordPress and Drupal CMS for a New Jersey entity.
(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development, hosting, implement and migration services using wordpress and drupal using content management system.– Web Developers to provide services including website and UI/UX Design, Back–End and API development, content management systems (CMS) and headless architecture, artificial intelligence integration and automation, security and compliance, maintenance and Support.– Create custom website and web application designs aligned with provided branding and communication guidelines.– Develop responsive, mobile–friendly layouts suitable for a wide range of devices and users.– Assist in developing long–term accessibility strategies that go beyond compliance.– Integrate third–party and internal systems to ensure secure data flow and operational efficiency.– Design and implement RESTful or GraphQL APIs for interoperability between district systems.– Design, implement, and optimize relational databases.– Develop, customize, or migrate CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, or headless systems.– Integrate CMS solutions with pre–existing authentication, analytics, and content workflows.– Design and develop custom portals for students, parents, or staff.– Integrate AI technologies to improve accessibility, automate content management, and enhance user engagement.– Develop AI agents or chatbots for student, parent, or staff interactions.– Apply caching, CDN integration, software firewalls, and monitoring tools to improve performance and reliability.– Design and optimize secure hosting environments, including cloud–based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
