Seeking a vendor for three-year website design, development, secure hosting, domain management, and ongoing maintenance services, with a focus on ADA compliance and seamless content management.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must possess a minimum of three years of demonstrated experience providing web hosting and compliance, domain management, and ongoing maintenance services for law enforcement, government, or enterprise-level clients.
Must have successfully executed at least four projects of equivalent scale and complexity within the past five years.
Must submit letters of recommendation from no less than four previous or current clients.
Must submit tangible examples of work product corresponding to each letter of recommendation.
Corporations must certify they are in good standing and qualified to conduct business in California.
Non-profit organizations must certify they are eligible to claim nonprofit status.
Must supply proof of liability insurance that meets the requirements in Exhibit E.
Must be able to provide a fully functional and ADA compliant test website environment no less than thirty days before the go-live date.
