The selected vendor will provide comprehensive website design, development, hosting, domain management, and ongoing maintenance services. Responsibilities include building and maintaining ADA-compliant websites and ensuring a secure hosting environment that preserves the current website's structure, functionality, design, and content without disruption. The vendor will be tasked with performing routine security updates, server patches, and meeting all necessary server requirements as part of monthly recurring services.
Additional duties involve managing website content by adding, removing, or correcting hyperlinks, updating page structure and layout, and making other modifications as needed. The provider will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver professional and creative website development services that align with established branding guidelines and incorporate new content. During the project's end-of-term transition period, the vendor must provide a file sharing method, such as a Microsoft SharePoint folder, to facilitate material migration. The contract is slated to span three years, with vendor questions due by June 11, 2026.
