The organization is seeking a vendor to provide website design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance services for a Drupal-based website. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the site so it continues to meet the evolving needs of its sponsor and users.
Scope of work includes managing and maintaining website domains, coordinating technical support with the web host and website security provider, and ensuring website-related software components such as plugins, themes, libraries, modules, frameworks, and third-party integrations remain current, stable, and supported. The vendor must also support Drupal upgrades as needed and ensure the website complies with ADA accessibility standards at a minimum of WCAG level AA.
Additional requirements include conducting formal UX research and user testing to inform navigation redesign based on user behavior, improving mobile responsiveness across devices and screen sizes, and implementing AI-powered features to improve both user experience and backend efficiency. The vendor is also expected to develop and recommend SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to improve visibility, discoverability, and traffic across traditional search engines, AI search tools, and AI answer engines.
Questions are due by May 18, 2026. The resulting contract is expected to run for four years.
