(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development, deployment, hosting, implementation, migration and maintenance service using content management system. • Provide a robust search engine for information access, accessibility, ability, and optimization. • Serve as a portal for online services, including third–party integration with other online platforms and citizen engagement tools, either through the use of secure API calls or hard links to other platforms. • Calendar/Schedule: Allows for updating and publishing department/category calendars. • Content Scheduling: Set automatic publication and expiration dates for content assets. • Content Migration: Migrate all existing website content, pages, and documents to the new site. • Friendly URLs: Website editors should easily create friendly URLs that redirect to specific pages, including news items, calendar items, and documents. • AI Integration: The CMS should be capable of integrating generative AI for features like chat Q&A, translation, and site–wide search functions. • Live Edit: Add, edit, and move content without requiring knowledge of HTML or CSS code. • Preview Before Publishing: Allow website editors to preview webpage changes before they go live on the front end. • Site Search: Include an internal site search engine and dynamic keyword search functionalities. • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): The website/CMS should include a search engine solution that automatically indexes all content within the CMS without requiring manual keyword labeling of pages. • Designing and deploying a friendly, accessible AI mascot or avatar that aligns with the City’s branding • Customizable Publishing Workflow: A publishing workflow is required that can be customized based on security groups and individual users (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Dec 18, 2025.
