Vendor needs to provide website design, development, deployment and maintenance services using Drupal content management system. Responsibilities include: providing project-based web development; delivering technical, security, and diagnostic support; performing system updates and upgrades; addressing website technical issues such as user interface errors, Drupal code problems, and deployment bugs; building new page design templates, content types, and web tools as needed; offering alternative solutions with effort estimates; executing enhancements to existing web features, modules, and tools; providing documentation for new web-based, digital features and modules, both technical and instructional; supporting Drupal functionality or content created by the agency or third-party vendors; maintaining a team learning environment for knowledge transfer; offering SEO techniques and strategies to improve website rankings; and supporting or exhibiting proficiency in web design and analytics.
