The selected vendor will handle project-based web development activities, deliver technical and security support, perform diagnostic services, and manage system updates and upgrades. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for troubleshooting technical website issues, which include addressing user interface errors, Drupal code problems, and deployment bugs.

Other key responsibilities include building new page design templates, creating content types, and developing web tools as required. The vendor must be prepared to propose alternative solutions with effort estimates and execute enhancements to existing site features, modules, and tools. Comprehensive documentation—both technical and instructional—will be required for all new web-based features and modules. Support for Drupal functionality, including content created by agency or third-party vendors, is expected, along with fostering a collaborative team learning environment for effective knowledge transfer.

Expertise in implementing SEO techniques, strategies to improve website search rankings, and proficiency in web design and analytics are also necessary. All prospective vendors must submit their questions regarding the project by January 30, 2026.
