The organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive website design and development services. The selected firm will design a website architecture focused on easy navigation and accessibility for all users, prioritizing a Windows-based hosting environment as the default option. However, proposals for Linux-based hosting (such as Ubuntu or Debian with Apache or Nginx) will be considered if the vendor can demonstrate equal or superior performance, security, and maintainability, supported by a clear technical justification.
The website must comply with web content accessibility guidelines and incorporate features to support individuals with visual and auditory impairments. The site should include distinct sections for systematic management and distribution of searchable research materials, law documents, event reports, a photographic gallery, video repository, and updates.
The vendor will be responsible for conducting onsite training or webinars for support personnel and system administrators, providing instruction in content uploading, system maintenance, and website administration. Comprehensive CMS configuration and customization documentation, accompanied by a step-by-step training manual with screenshots, is required. Ongoing administrative and technical support, regular quality control, and routine verification of site functionality (including broken link checks) must be maintained.
