(1) Vendor needs to provide website design and build service using CMS. – Agency requires a robust, user–friendly, and cost–effective solution that aligns with local government accessibility, security, and information–management standards. Full website build (including frontend design and UX). Backend–only build (where Council supplies and implements its own HTML/CSS templates). Multiple site builds using shared components and a common design base. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 5, 2025.
