DESCRIPTION

The vendor will provide website and intranet support and maintenance services using the Drupal content management system. Responsibilities include management of the Acquia-hosted environment, Drupal module updates, security patches, and PHP updates.

The selected provider will deliver second-level technical support, subject-matter training for content coordinators, and 24/7 on-call emergency support. The scope also includes assistance with integrating third-party platforms, including Everbridge for alerts and red flags, Vimeo and LiveView for live streaming, GIS and Genasys for public mapping, PDF hosting, JotForm, and Bitly.

The contract will include up to 48 hours per month of base-level system enhancements. As needed, the vendor may also provide technical planning, methodology development, and execution for major Drupal platform migrations or environment upgrades. Questions must be submitted by September 11, 2026.
