SUMMARY

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have significant experience in publishing and hosting a website/multi-page B.P.M. website
Must have bilingual capability by an individual fluent in Spanish (no auto-translation tools)
Must submit proof of business registration with the New Jersey Division of Taxation
Must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action)
Must provide at least four references, three of which must have knowledge of service to public entities
Must certify no prior or pending ethics complaints
Must provide a statement of ownership disclosure
Must provide a disclosure of investment activities in Iran
Must provide a certification of non-involvement in prohibited activities in Russia or Belarus
