(1) Vendor needs to provide web development, deployed, implementation and testing services. • Each of the web service(s) for each of the beneficiaries must present a minimum of one web page from which internal users of the beneficiary can access related web service(s) and view the data queried. • Access the web page of each of their respective web service(s), an internal user must first log in (authenticate) using a qualified certificate for electronic signatures in line with the Serbian regulatory framework. • Must support authorized administrators to assign access rights to the specific web service, manage internal users, manage consumers of the specific web service, view logs, and generate pre–defined and ad–hoc reports related to the usage of the specific web service. • Must be developed according to SOAP and/or REST standards • must be implemented according to the specification of each specific web service, by using the HTTPS protocol and bilateral TLS, where the client is authenticated with a client certificate and the server with a server certificate.
