An Alaska-based organization is seeking a web developer to design and implement a dynamic platform utilizing a content management system (CMS). The project involves building an accessible website that meets maintenance standards, supports a searchable catalog for design plans, CPM forms, and other supporting documentation, and facilitates easy comparison of multiple documents through features such as faceted search, standardized detail pages, and a split view toggle.

The selected developer will be responsible for configuring the CMS to allow non-technical staff to input and update content easily. Additionally, the project includes the development of a submission, review, and publish workflow with detailed roles, permissions, and version control. Deliverables also encompass an approved website architecture and sitemap, a comprehensive UX/UI design package, full CMS configuration, administrative tools, API and analytics integration, and a fully deployed live website.

The engagement further requires the provision of technical documentation, coordination and delivery of staff training, and comprehensive technical support for long-term maintenance and future updates. A 30-day post-launch support period is also included to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing site stability.
