Key responsibilities include overseeing written, visual, and audio content, serving as managing editor for the site, and ensuring the website supports the organization's actions, predicts future content needs, and aligns with industry trends. The vendor will also be tasked with maintaining site security and efficiency through technical support, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. Authorized staff will have access to update routine information such as meeting dates, agendas, minutes, and departmental news.

Additional duties involve creating weekly backups, testing navigation links, monitoring site traffic, ensuring browser compatibility, and providing a searchable calendar that integrates events, workshops, and meetings. The contract period for these services will be one year.
