The state of Indiana is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance, operations, and enhancement services for its web-based Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Management Information System and associated mobile applications.
The scope of work includes ongoing support for the Client Portal, which serves as the primary online access point for participants to review benefit information and resources, as well as the Vendor Monitoring (VMON) Mobile App, used by the State’s Vendor Team to monitor and ensure WIC vendor compliance. The VMON Mobile App is designed to support both State-level and local WIC Agency/Clinic users, with associated servers maintained for production and quality assurance environments.
The selected vendor will be responsible for implementing enhancements, performing fixes, and delivering related documentation on an as-needed basis. In addition, responsibilities include managing new app releases and coordinating their submission for review and updates in both the Google Play and Apple App Stores. The mobile app also interfaces with Indiana’s Quitline service, facilitating support for tobacco cessation through secure file transfers.
