(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based video gaming central communication system to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.– Web–based portal presenting a dashboard of pre–configured and fully populated standard reports, including accounting and operational functionality, terminal operator billing and auditing reports.– Ad Hoc Reporting and Dashboard Solution with an appropriate front–end application interface for accessing production data housed in a centralized vendor data warehouse.– Support during the 24–month transition and upgrade phase to manage the transfer of data and hardware between service vendors.– Central communication system connects 48,400 video gaming terminals and other associated video gaming equipment for regulatory monitoring, oversight, and enforcement actions in 8,700 locations across the state– Calculating, collecting, and distributing revenue.– Access to reports that do not require an extensive amount of time to download in various formats.– Data updated in five–minute windows.(2) The contract period will be for ten years.
