The state of Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a web-based Truck Parking Availability System (TPAS) to be deployed at various locations statewide. The selected contractor will be responsible for the comprehensive design, procurement, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of a complete turn-key TPAS solution.

This system must deliver real-time truck parking availability information to commercial vehicle operators through multiple channels, including roadside signage, the 511 Advanced Traveler Information System, and other approved third-party applications. The TPAS platform should offer comprehensive management capabilities for parking availability, data storage, and system operations, and be accessible from standard web browsers. Features required include the ability to display, query, sort, and filter TPAS assets and sites statewide in both list and GIS-based map formats, support for configuring GIS layers and integrating with third-party GIS systems, and representation of different device types with unique icons or symbols.

Additional requirements involve robust reporting functions, allowing users to export data in formats such as CSV, PDF, TXT, and KML/KMZ, as well as options to filter the data displayed. The system must also provide secure APIs for integration with state and third-party applications, using strong authentication methods such as API keys or OAuth tokens. Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities using Microsoft Entra ID are required, enabling seamless user access across all system components.
