(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based time and attendance software.– A solution that will serve as the primary time and attendance solution for all district employees.– The awarded solution will feed time data to the district’s ERP (PowerSchool business plus) for the purposes of generating payroll. – The awarded solution will also be required to receive time and absence data from agency substitute management solution and then pass that data to the ERP for payroll. – Mobile time entry application– Leaves and absence management– Electronic time entry and timesheet– Time approval and processing– Reporting and analytics – Ongoing hosting services– Software installation and configuration– Integration and interface development(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2025.
