A school district is seeking a web-based time and attendance software solution to manage time tracking for all district employees. The selected software must serve as the district's primary time and attendance platform, offering features such as electronic time entry, mobile time entry application, leaves and absence management, timesheet approval, and comprehensive reporting and analytics.

The solution must integrate with the district’s existing ERP system (PowerSchool Business Plus) by exporting time data for payroll processing. It should also be capable of receiving time and absence information from the agency's substitute management solution and then transferring this data to the ERP system. The scope of work includes software installation, configuration, ongoing hosting, and interface development to ensure seamless integration.

The initial contract will be for a one-year period. Interested vendors should note that all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by November 19, 2025.
