(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based temperature monitoring system. – The Proposer shall provide a complete web–hosted temperature monitoring system to be installed in kitchens and facilities. – The Proposer shall provide a universal mobile application compatible with both iPhone and Android devices. – Comprehensive technical support services shall be provided to ensure optimal system performance for the agency. – The Proposer shall provide a comprehensive preventative maintenance package ensuring reliable system operation and minimizing downtime for agency facilities. – The proposed system architecture must accommodate future expansion and additional monitoring modules without requiring contract modifications or amendments. – The Proposer must clearly define data ownership rights and storage protocols for all temperature monitoring data collected from agency facilities. – The proposed system and services must comply with all applicable regulations governing school food service operations. – Complete system deployment includes: • Professional installation and configuration services • System integration testing • Documentation of all system configurations and settings – Proposer shall be responsible for the provision and installation of a new system of temperature monitoring hardware, including new sensors, hardware, and wiring for connectivity without requiring modifications or integration – Core system functionality shall include at a minimum: • Real–time temperature data collection and transmission • Automated data logging with timestamp and location identification • Customizable alert thresholds for temperature deviations • Historical data trending and analysis capabilities • Automated report generation for regulatory compliance • Dashboard views showing current status of all monitored equipment • Exception reporting for temperature excursions • Data export capabilities in multiple formats (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 7, 2025.
