(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based salary benchmarking and job description software.– All work necessary to manage compensation data and integrate all our data sources and surveys into one solution and to allow for creation, update and storage of jobs descriptions and access to ai technology.– Third party data sources and surveys are integrated, collected, and validated from PeopleSoft, usually in an excel format.– There are no internal processes that need to be automated by the system. – A delivered market pricing software solution has standard calculations associated with benchmarking and market pricing jobs.– Allow for additional salary surveys to be added and managed in the database.– Job description automation to track revisions, and export approved versions to their HRIS or applicant tracking system.– Provide unlimited online training and custom report creation at no additional cost.– Make presentation to senior level talent engagement staff and the compensation team.– All proposed web–based or cloud–hosted solutions.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 6, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2025.
