(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based rewards and recognition vendor platform. • Agency seeks a strategic vendor partner to deliver and manage a comprehensive, technology–enabled rewards and recognition platform fully integrated with the district’s information technology systems • Achieving and maintaining high levels of employee and clinician engagement by offering flexible, meaningful recognition options across all levels of the workforce • The solution should include a tiered recognition program offering both non–monetary and monetary rewards, such as peer–to–peer acknowledgments, points–based recognition, and milestone service awards • Utilization of an online rewards and recognition platform that is integrated into the district’s information technology systems to recognize and reward team members for outstanding performance • Integration Accuracy: 100% accuracy in daily/weekly data file transfers (e.g., employee data, service anniversaries, birthdays) • Single Sign–On Success • Client satisfaction measures (e.g., annual NPS or service review) • On–Time Delivery Rate & Order Fulfilment Accuracy • Brand compliance • Uptime guarantees • The platform must provide leader–level reporting, allowing administrators to view and track recognition activity by manager, department, and division, including frequency and type of recognition given, adoption trends overtime, and comparisons to organizational averages.
