(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based multilingual learner data management, compliance and instructional strategy platform.– Provide a comprehensive, web–based data management system designed to support the monitoring, compliance, and instructional needs of English Learner (EL) programs.– Centralized platform to manage student–level data, facilitate compliance with federal and state requirements, and support instructional decision–making and collaboration among educators.– Provide a user–friendly, secure, and scalable data management platform.– Centralize English learner student data, including identification, assessment, services, and progress monitoring.– Support data–driven instruction, collaboration, and communication between teachers, administrators, and support staff.– Integrate with existing district student information systems (SIS) and assessment platforms.– Centralized student profiles containing demographic, language proficiency, and service data.– Tools for documenting parent notifications, language proficiency committee decisions, and annual reviews.– Dashboards and data visualizations to identify student growth and instructional needs.– Compatibility with assessment platforms and data reporting systems.– Role–based access for district and school–based administrators, teachers, counselors, and specialists.– Data visualization tools for school–level and district–level analysis.– Customizable reports for federal and state reporting and local program evaluation.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 8,2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
