The state of Oklahoma is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, web-based platform for multilingual learner data management, compliance, and instructional strategy. The platform will be used to support English Learner (EL) programs by centralizing student-level data and facilitating adherence to federal and state requirements.
The system should offer a user-friendly, secure, and scalable environment where English learner student data—including identification, assessment results, services received, and progress monitoring—can be efficiently managed. Essential features include tools for documenting parent notifications, language proficiency committee decisions, and annual reviews. The platform must also provide robust dashboards and data visualization tools to support instructional decision-making and highlight student growth and needs at both the school and district levels.
Integration with existing district student information systems (SIS) and assessment platforms is required, as well as customizable reporting functionalities to meet federal, state, and local program evaluation needs. Role-based access must be available for administrators, teachers, counselors, and specialists to promote collaboration and maintain data security. The contract term will be for one year.
